Wet Wipe Towelette production
The IMA BETA series (200, 360 and 500) vertical sachet intermittent packaging machines for 4-sided seal sachets can handle all types of product from fluids (such as hand sanitiser), pastes, powders, free and non-free flowing products, objects and accessories (such as wipes/towelettes).
Multiple dosing systems can be installed for multiple product types, including a double auger to dose different powders into the same sachet.
BETA Versions
BETA machines are available in different versions and configurations, according to the desired output and the product characteristics.
BETA 200: up to 280 sachets/min, up to 4 lanes
BETA 360: up to 450 sachets/min, up to 6 lanes
BETA 500: up to 700 sachets/min, up to 10 lanes

Cartoning machines and end of line solutions
Consider stacking and transfer systems (such as the X2/XL1, FLEXA or DYNAMICA) to package the sachets into cartons, and various end of line solutions for shrink wrapping, overwrapping, tray packers, case packers and palletisers as required to complete the line.
