The HAAS Sprinkling Unit Type 1660 is used for decorating biscuits, Swiss Rolls, sponge cakes, yeast bread, crisp bread, snacks, and many other products. It can be used with almost any kind of material, for instance granulated sugar, castor sugar, whole and chopped up nuts, almond flakes, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, salt and various spices.

At the bottom of the hopper, the sprinkling particles are spread evenly over a sprinkler roller and fed through a slit. The exact sprinkling amount can be controlled by the variable roller speed and the height-adjustable slit opening. At the bottom of the sprinkling unit, the particles are automatically scraped off to be sprinkled over the products.

Vibration Sprinkler VSV

The VSV is used for sprinkling dough blanks with dry, not greasy material of uniform grain size such as sugar, salt or poppy seed.

Rotary Sprinkler RSV

The RSV devices are used for sprinkling of granular dry materials such as sugar, coarse sugar and all kinds of salt with uniform grain size.

The SSV is designed for sprinkling dough blanks with cheese flakes, spices, dried vegetables and salami etc.

  • Sprinkling material is fed via a hopper onto a transport belt, evenly distributed across the belt by a gauge roller and applied by a brush roller
  • Amount of sprinkling material regulated by 2 moveable sheet metals in the hopper and by the gauge roller
  • Frequency controlled drives for transport belt, brush roller and gauge roller
  • Hinged covers for easy maintenance and cleaning

Flouring Unit Type 6600

The Flouring Unit Type 6600 is used for sprinkling all types of flour on a conveyor belt. This includes also coarse flour in the production of crisp bread. The flour is brushed off a roller and distributed in a fine and even layer without lumps across the belt.
